Billy Castleman is an antagonist in the series Monster By Mistake. He was recently arrested in 1999 for the murder of his wife and children, though it's believed he had a history as far back as when the story began. His son Billy Jr., known by friends as Bucky, was one of those murdered along with his parents, who were shot dead in Albuquerque New Mexico (like the weird al song)

Being a bully, Billy often feels pride picking on others, and picks on Warren as his main target. Billy is also one of the few characters on the show that knows that Warren can turn into a monster but does not know how he does.
